YEREVAN. – The “Survey for Seismic Protection” Agency of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia recorded a magnitude-4 earthquake on Monday at 10:58am local time.

The epicenter of the tremor was in Rustavi, Georgia, and its hypocenter was 10 km beneath the surface.

The underground activity measured magnitude 5-6 at the epicenter.

The quake was also felt in Armenia’s Stepanavan, Noyemberyan and Koti towns and in Koghb village.
