Civil society in Armenia cannot wait for a sound anti-corruption agenda to be shaped by officials remote from society, Mr Alessandro Zanotta,  Economic Adviser of the EU Delegation to Armenia, told Wednesday in Yerevan at the round-table against corruption, The event was organized by Transparency international Armenia and attended by the deputy Minister of Justice, Mr Suren Krmoyan.

NGOs must make their own effort in changing the landscape, Zanotta added. In this regard, the EU delegation to Armenia keeps its commitment to assist the civil sector in capacity building and making its voice heard in the dialogue with state institutions, he added.
