YEREVAN. - Changes may be made to the first seven chapters of Armenia’s new draft constitution, Gagik Ghazinyan, member of the Special Commission on Constitutional Reforms, Dean of the Law Department of Yerevan State University (YSU), told Armenian News – NEWS.am

According to him, not only the work on the other chapters is underway, but they’re also referring to the opinion and criticism voiced regarding the already published chapters.

“When the complete draft is ready, I think amendments will be made to it. We have published these chapters beforehand to find out the opinion of specialists,” Ghazinyan said. The rest of the chapters of the new Constitution will possibly be published by August 1.

The first seven chapters of Armenia’s new draft constitution were published on July 15.
