YEREVAN. - Photos with offensive expressions addressed to the activists struggling against electricity price hike have again appeared in Yerevan’s streets today.

This time the photos were not fastened on walls, but scattered in the territory of Yerevan’s Saryan park.

The “No to Plunder” initiative coordinating council member Maxim Sargsyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am that spreading their photos with insulting expressions was again the work of the police.

“I can’t say who the organizer is, but last time I was to some extent sure that it was the work of the police. I think the same people are continuing [to spread those photos],” the activist said.

Several days ago photos of the civic activists with offensive inscriptions appeared in different districts of Yerevan. Before this, the photos of the plainclothes men, who used force against the protestors in Yerevan’s Baghramyan Avenue on June 23 appeared all over the city.
