YEREVAN. – Armenian police officer was suspended after attacking an old man during a protest action on Friday.
An investigation has been launched into slapping an old man by Senior Lieutenant Vardgesyan, representative of police Ashot Aharonyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The incident occurred on Friday evening during an action staged by “Stand Up, Armenia” initiative.
