YEREVAN. – Children have to start studying the basics of law and rights from kindergarten, the Cabinet decided during a meeting on Monday.

Presenting the concept of legal education, acting Justice Minister Arsen Mkrtchyan said the study of laws should be strengthened from the level of pre-schools to universities.
