The Association of Protestant Churches of Turkey has issued a statement informing that all Protestant churches in the country have received threats of massacre and death.

The statement stressed that all the threats of massacre have the same text, and it is suspected that they were sent from the same place, reported Agos Armenian bilingual weekly of Istanbul.

It is noted that the jargon used in these threats is particular to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), since the said threats include the term “tagut,” which is used by ISIS to describe those that are not a part of it.
