YEREVAN. – An Armenian soldier wounded by Azerbaijani side is still in a serious but stable condition, head of military hospital Aram Asaturyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“An artificial respirator that was keeping his alive has been switched off. He regained consciousness, although he is still in a grave condition,” he added.

Gor Grigoryan underwent a surgery after sustaining wounds in his stomach, chest, feet and arms.

As reported earlier, Azerbaijani side continued firing at Armenian border villages of Aygepar and Chinari on September 1. Two Armenian serviceman 19-year-old Vladimir Gevorgyan and 22-year-old Gor Gevorgyan were wounded in ceasefire violation.
