YEREVAN. – Armenia's public services regulatory commission will confirm its permission on selling the shares of Electric Networks of Armenia during the meeting on Thursday.

The decision will come into effect as soon as it is signed, the website of commission said.

Earlier Russia's Vedomosti newspaper quoting Inter RAO reported about agreement signed between Tashir Group and Inter RAO.

Back in August Energy Minister Yervand Zakharyan announced that the Russian state-owned Inter RAO Holding B. V. company, which owns the ENA shares, has submitted a petition for selling these shares to Liormand Holdings Limited.

Liormand Holdings Limited is registered in Cyprus since November 2010. The relevant data are posted on the i-cyprus.com unofficial website, which provides information on the enterprises that are registered in Cyprus.
