YEREVAN. – Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP Mkrtich Minasyan did not rule out that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan may meet before the end of the year.

“Even though the president of our neighboring country is impudent, he has commitments to fulfill,” added Minasyan at a press conference on Friday.

To note, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group Co-Chair, Ambassador James Warlick of the United States, was the first to inform about a possible talk between Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev.
