YEREVAN. – Draft concept of Armenia's constitutional reform that was approved by parliament on Monday will be submitted to the president in coming two days, head of RPA faction Vahram Baghdasaryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The President has to call a national referendum on constitutional reforms that will be held within 55-60 days.
The parliament approved draft package with 104 votes “for” , 10 “against” and three abstention during the session on Monday.
