STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 150 times, from Monday to early Tuesday morning.
During this time, Azerbaijan fired more than 2,500 shots in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry and mortars, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ministry of Defense (NKR MOD) press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
As a result of the actions taken in response by the vanguard units of the NKR Defense Army, however, the adversary’s aggressive actions were silenced.
