The Renacimiento (Rebirth) publishing house of Spain has republished two reviews by well-known Spanish writer and journalist Julio Camba, and in which he reflected also on the Armenian Genocide, reported La Vanguardia.

Literary expert José Miguel González Soriano noted that Camba was shocked by the cruelty in which this genocide was carried out.

The Spanish writer also criticized the Turks for boasting of their actions during the Armenian Genocide.

In Soriano’s words, Julio Camba had even asked Spain to comfort the “fate of the Armenians, who managed to stay alive during these terrible persecutions.”
