Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in Baku. In the course of talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev he intends to discuss in particular bilateral trade and economic cooperation, collaboration in the Caspian region, as well as the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
