YEREVAN. - Armenia must at any cost attract industrial credits in rubles, Mikayel Melkumyan, Prosperous Armenia MP, Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Affairs, said in the parliament today, expressing his viewpoint on the Draft State Budget for 2016.   

According to him, this will help combat currency instability and allow to better build business in the markets of the Eurasian Union in order to make a more complete use of its advantages. “When there is a foreign shock abroad, our economy immediately starts shaking. Thus, it’s necessary to find a way out of this situation,” he said.
