YEREVAN. – The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to meet on December 1.

Regional Studies Center Director, political analyst Richard Giragosian, informed the above-said at Tuesday’s discussion on the Karabakh conflict.

In his words, however, we should not have great expectations from this talk because Armenia does not have a partner that conducts negotiations for peace.

The analyst also stressed that the Armenian party should not be naïve, and it is in an undeclared war.

Giragosian added that Armenia, unlike Azerbaijan, fully supports the political process, and Azerbaijan is the main threat to the region.
