YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 480.79/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday; this is down by AMD 0.27 from Tuesday.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 510.07 (down by AMD 3.10), that of one British pound was AMD 724.74 (down by AMD 1.87), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.34 (up by AMD 0.03), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.
In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 218.57, AMD 16,638.73 and AMD 12,984.51, respectively.
The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Wednesday.
