YEREVAN. – Armenian researchers are testing a “living” water apparatus for plants.

President of the Armenian Technological Academy, Vanush Davtyan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“We will water some plants with ionized water, the other—[with] ordinary [water], so we can compare the results and understand to what extent ionized water helps plants grow,” Davtyan explained.

He added that if the plant fertilizers dissolve in this water, and by way of drip feeding the plant roots, the result should be very strong.

Vanush Davtyan noted that the Armenian researchers have also developed an additional module, which enables to reduce the use of natural gas in greenhouses by 10 to 20 percent.
