Russian solder of the 102nd Russian Military Base in Gyumri Valery Permyakov, who is charged with the murder of the Avetisyan family, watched the expert examination videos presented in the court without any facial expression.  

Permyakov watched the videos showing the horrible picture of the shot family, including the children, without any external expressions and gestures, Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent reports.

At the trial, attorney Lusine Sahakyan again petitioned for inviting important witnesses – Permyakov’s direct commander Nikishin and Tarasov.  These, and also a number of other witnesses, have been moved to other duty areas, or have completed their service, and now the court cannot find their addresses to invite them to testify.   

The court also granted the motion related to ascertaining from the Russian side whether others have been questioned on Permyakov’s being a Satanist.

The next hearing will take place on April 15.
