YEREVAN. - The newly-appointed Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Armenia Timur Urazayev extended copies of his credentials to Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian Thursday.

Congratulating the Ambassador on the appointment, the Armenian FM expressed hope that he will have his contribution in further deepening and enhancement of ties between Armenia and Kazakhstan. Nalbandian also wished good luck to Ambassador Urazayev in completing his mission.

For his part, the Kazakh Ambassador stressed that Kazakhstan attaches importance to the strengthening of ties with Armenia and comprehensive cooperation development. He also promised to exert efforts in this direction during his mission.  

The interlocutors discussed a few issues on the bilateral agenda and touched on the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and EAEU activities.
