YEREVAN. -- The investigation established the identity of the second victim of the explosion in bus. As the adviser to the head of the Investigative Committee Sona Truzyan informed the Armenian News - NEWS.am, the DNA test confirmed that the victim is 55 -year-old Ruben Balyan , the mobile phone card of whom was found in the scene of actio.
As earlier reported, in the evening of April 25 an explosion blew a Bogdan bus with a plate number 4829 Տ in Halabyan street. There were 10 people in the bus at the time of explosion - the driver and 9 passengers. Two people were killed . The second victim is 37 -year-old Armen Hovhannisyan.
According to one of the versions, the putative perpetrator of the crime, Balian, had a fight with his relatives and planned to blow them up . The samples have signs of TNT on them . TNT and detonators were found in the house of Balian.
