World-renowned French Armenian singer, songwriter, actor, public activist, and diplomat Charles Aznavour (born Shahnour Vaghinag Aznavourian) on Thursday gave an exclusive concert at the famous Sala Palatului concert hall in Bucharest, the capital city of Romania.

Four thousand people welcomed the legendary artist’s entrance to the stage with a standing ovation.

Not only local Armenians, but numerous others from neighboring Moldova and Bulgaria had come to listen to Aznavour.

The legendary singer had performed in Bucharest in 1963, too.

Charles Aznavour had arrived in the Romanian capital city on Thursday from Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.
