YEREVAN. – The present-day situation in Nagorno-Karabakh does not allow speaking about the negotiation process, ruling Republican Party of Armenia MP Sukias Avetisyan stated at a press conference on Tuesday.

In his words, Azerbaijan, with its provocations and aggression, attempts to undermine this negotiation process. 

“It can’t be such that one side [to a conflict] always does everything to undermine the [peace] talks, whereas the other [side] always supports the negotiation process,” noted Avetisyan. “The time will come, and let the Azerbaijani side itself ask to resume negotiations.”
