YEREVAN. - Following the April adventurism, at this stage it is possible to speak of the adoption of urgent measures against military actions and violations, Armenian Deputy FM Shavarsh Kocharyan said in an interview with Echo of Moscow. 

Thereafter it will be possible to move to the peaceful negotiation process, which both Armenian sides are interested in.  

To the query as to whether this is an issue of decades, Kocharyan noted: “It depends on how constructive the sides are. If Azerbaijan follows everything-or-nothing and everything-or-war principles, nothing will certainly come out of this, while the military threats will only prolong the solution of the issue.”
