YEREVAN. - Armenian PM personally helped two wounded soldiers, whose families demanded treatment abroad, Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan stated in the parliament Wednesday.

“There are cases when the representatives of the Ministry of Health say that sending abroad will be useless. But I understand the relatives’ concern: In two cases I personally helped those families,” Abrahamyan said.

“We are morally responsible, and these issues shouldn’t be considered only in terms of law. We also have a moral duty. These people risked their life, defending the borders of the second Armenian state. Even if the law doesn’t allow to help, I’m ready to help in those cases,” the PM said.
