The president of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker the possibilities of the European Union on reception of refugees are limited, the communities are not able to accept millions of migrants, RIA Novosti reported.

Speaking in Luxembourg at conference of the speakers of EU Parliaments he said that they have no adequate opportunity to accept millions of refugees.

The president of the European Commission pointed the importance of the implementation of the migration agreement between the EU and Turkey, in particular, to resolve the refugee crisis in Greece, where, according to him, there are over 15 thousand migrants now.

The agreement between Brussels and Ankara on restriction of number of the refugees and migrants entering the EU came into force on 20 March. According to it, all illegal migrants arriving to Greece through Turkey since March 20 will be returned back on the Turkish territory. In exchang,e the EU has undertaken to accept Syrian refugees from Turkey on the basis of "1 to 1".
