The process of impeachment of Brazil's suspended President Dilma Rousseff may end in August this year, Business Standard reported.

According to the schedule of the commission on impeachment by Senator Antonio Anastasia, the Congress of Brazil would vote on the commission's findings via a simple majority vote of half of all senators attending plus one on August 1 or 2, the new agency reported.

Earlier, the report for the commission on impeachment Anastasia recommended to bring Rousseff to account for violation of budget legislation.

In the middle of May, the senate of Brazil by 55 votes to 22 supported the continuation of the Rousseff’s impeachment procedure.  This means that the head of state left the post for 180 days, while vice-president Michel Temer started performing her duties.
