YEREVAN. - Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan spoke by phone on Thursday with the representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The sides discussed the situation on the Line of Contact in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) conflict zone and the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Armenian Defense Ministry press-service reports.
The Defense Minister assured the interlocutor that the Armenian side is committed to observing the agreements reached at the meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents in Vienna on May 16.
Ohanyan noted that the Armed Forces of Armenia and NKR will unconditionally contribute to the implementation of the agreements of 1994 and 1995 on the establishment and reinforcement of truce, expanding the mission on the monitoring of agreement implementation and introduction of incident investigation mechanisms on the Contact Line and border.
