The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will continue working with the sides on a proposal to establish an investigative mechanism and on elements of a settlement in order to make further progress on the shared objectives, U.S, Co-Chair James Warlick told 168.am.

Asked what specifically the investigative mechanism is, as well as where and how it will be used, and who will implement it in Karabakh, Warlcik noted:  “The details of the investigative mechanism, such as the specific tasks investigators will assume and under what circumstances they will be deployed to the Line of Contact and Armenia-Azerbaijan border, are under discussion by the sides.  The OSCE will be the organization in charge of implementing the mechanism, and the Co-Chairs, in their capacity as OSCE mediators, will continue to work with the sides on refining the proposal.”
