Former System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian offered his fans free download of his song “Yes, It’s Genocide” to attract  attention to the cycle of genocide. It is part of a broader campaign initiated by Serjical Strike Records, the Armenian National Committee of America, and the Armenian Youth Federation (AYF), Asbarez reported.

This song is a solemn tribute to the victims of genocides past and present.  The AYF members have visited high school and college campuses, presenting students campaign and the song.

“Speaking out against the scourge of genocide is not an act reserved solely for the month of April,” said Serouj Aprahamian, AYF Executive Director.
