The petition demanding to reconsider the reselts of Ik’s membership to EU will be discussed in government’s Petitions Committee already next Tuesday, June 28, Metro writes, citing the representative of the House of Commons.

Over million people have so far signed the petition on the parliament’s website.

To be considered by the parliament, the petition should have gathered 100,000 signatures, RIA Novosti reports.

A referendum was held in UK Thursday on country’s membership to the EU. According to the official information, 51.9 percent of the voters expressed a wish to leave the EU. UK PM David Cameron, who was for staying in the Union, decided to resign in October.
