According to the research of the Center for Security and Strategic Analysis under the Defence Academy of Latvia, one third of Latvia's population believes that Nazism revives in Latvia, reports RIA Novosti.

According to the survey, 30.9 percent of Latvians believe that fascism is reviving in Latvia. 12.7% of the respondents feel that the country belongs to Russia, whereas 21.4 percent assessed positively  the use of the Russian symbols on May 9: flags and St. George's ribbons. In addition, 21.7 percent of respondents said that the interests of Russians in Latvia are violated to an extent so that the RF interference is required. 27% said that they face discrimination because of not known the Latvian.
