It turns out that remote work is more useful than daily work at office, experts of the TinyPulse company specializing in employment of citizens stated.

The researchers surveyed nearly five hundred freelancers and two hundred thousand office workers. During questioning, participants answered questions about effectiveness and satisfaction with their work. In addition, all respondents are asked to estimate productivity of the work and working capacity.

The result was that the people working at home were more satisfied with their work and felt happier. On a scale of happiness, freelancers gained 8.1 points, and office workers - 7.42.

Remote workers showed higher indexes of a self-assessment and also called themselves high-performance workers in 90% of cases, The Science Alert reported.
