YEREVAN. – An Armenian woman is charged with trafficking, Armenian justice department said.
According to prosecutors, Bavakan Kh., who was previously convicted, got $600 for transporting a woman to Dubai back in 2008. Upon arrival in Dubai her passport was taken, she was forced into sexual trafficking.
It turned out that Bavakan was a member of criminal group led by Nelly N. The group was involved in trafficking women to UAE.
