On October 8,  NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a law amending the NKR laws “On Exploitation of the Agricultural Machinery”, “On Agricultural State Inspections”, “On State Tax”, on making amendment to the NKR law “On seeds”, NKR law “On State Registration of Property Rights”, “On Assigning the Annual Report of the Year 2009 on Realizing the 2007-2009 Program of Privatization of State Property”, on making an amendment and changes to the NKR law “On the NKR Budget System”, on making amendments to the NKR law “On Keeping Arrested Individuals”, on making changes and amendments to the NKR Law “On Securing Traffic Safety”, on making a change and amendments to the NKR law “On State Registration of Property Rights”, on making a change to the NKR law “On Conducting Personal Estate Cadastre, Deposit Rights of Personal Estate, Registration of Rent Rights by Leasing Contract”, NKR presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
