The Turkish side hopes for improvement of relations with Russia, Turkish Deputy PM Mehmet Simsek stated during the meeting of Finance Ministers and heads of the Central Banks of G20, TASS reported.

He said that they are glad that friendship is restored between Russia and Turkey, as Russia is their largest trade partner, their neighbor.

He also noted that Turkey attaches great importance to relations between the two countries not only in the field of trade, investments and tourism, but also in a broader context.
