YEREVAN. – The lawyer of one of the members of “Sasna Tsrer” armed group is complaining about bad conditions at the hospital for inmates.
Arayik Papikyan, the lawyer of Hovhannes Harutyunyan, said his client is not provided with anesthetics. He also told Armenian News-NEWS.am that he had seen cockroaches in the room.
The reports were dismissed by responsible representative of the Justice Ministry.
