In Geneva the police arrested an acquaintance of Adele Kermish, one of two Frenchmen who was suspected in terrorism in Normandy, reports the AFP. He is 17 years old, a French, and lives Rouen, which is near Saint Etienne du Rouvray.

In 2015 the detainee together with Kermish had already made an attempt to visit Syria to participate in the fights of the radical Islamists. He tried once again to leave for Syria on July 12  and then later was arrested in Geneva.

The authorities of Switzerland extradited him to France , which had earlier issued an international warrant for his arrest. He was accused of establishing a terrorist group . Meanwhile , sources close to the investigation say that at this point no evidence has been found about his connection with terrorist attack in Saint Etienne du Rouvray, reports the TASS.

As reported earlier, on July 26 in Saint Etienne du Rouvray two 19 -year-old Frenchmen, armed with knives , broke into the church and killed 86 -year-old Catholic priest . The police officers killed both of them. Now there are three people in custody, suspected of knowing about the planned terrorist attack.
