STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Thursday received Hrant Markarian, representative of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party Bureau in Armenia; and Armen Rustamyan, member of the ARF National Assembly (NA) of Armenia Faction, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, and political representative of the ARF Bureau.

Artsakh’s domestic and foreign policy were touched upon during the meeting, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
