Turkish PM Binali Yıldırım will pay a visit to Azerbaijan in October, haqqin.az reports, citing the press-service of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).

According to the source, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev had a meeting with the head of the Turkiye Petrolleri company (TPAO) Saliha Dundar in Baku. During the meeting, Abdullayev was informed about the subsequent Congress of the Association of Engineers and Architects of Turkic World to be held in Baku. The Congress is dedicated to the memory of Heydar Aliyev.

"Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yıldırım will attend the congress opening, which will be held under the slogan "Megaprojects in the fields of energy and transport," the statement reads.
