Turkey will not allow to manipulate their history in an unfair manner, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu stated at a press conference answering question on a possible visit of German lawmakers to the Incirlik air base, Reuters reported.

Cavusoglu said that the visit of the German lawmakers to the Incirlik air base in Turkey, depends on the future of the resolution which recognizes Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire.

“It depends on the steps taken by Germany. If they take the necessary steps we will enable this visit. But unfortunately I have to say that those that mingle and manipulate our history in an unfair manner cannot be allowed on this visit”, Cavusoglu said.
