Acting Minister of Justice Aprine Hovhannisyan said the aforementioned on Monday, addressing the MP from Heritage Party Tevan Poghosyan at the debate regarding the Law on the Structure of the Republic of Armenia Government.

Poghosyan asked her whether she had got familiarized with the latest decree of the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan before introducing the bill.

Hovhannisyan responded: “I am not a student and there is no need to examine me like a lecturer. I am not obliged to take an examination before you and will not answer this question.”
