YEREVAN. – The government is accepting tenders for investment projects in the enlarged communities of Armenia.

Vache Terteryan, First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, on Tuesday noted the abovementioned in the National Assembly, as he introduced the bill on Financial Leveling.

The respective tenders are submitted in three enlarged communities: Tumanyan (Lori Province), Dilijan (Tavush Province), and Tatev (Syunik Province).

Armenian Territorial Development Fund tenders are announced in these three communities.

“Financing requirements will increase in the enlarged communities,” explained Terteryan. “But the development projects of infrastructure, or social services, will impact not [solely] one village or town, but several [villages or towns].”
