YEREVAN. - The State Social Security Service of Armenia will develop a single electronic platform, which will combine all the pension and beneficiary databases.

Deputy Head of the State Social Security Service of Armenian Labor Ministry, Smbat Saiyan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am at the DigiTec Expo 2016 technological exhibition, held in Yerevan.

Nearly 620,000 people make use of various social services in Armenia. The single system will raise the target orientation of the assistance provided, since the Service subdivisions will be able to exchange information more easily. The time for receiving services will also reduce.

Apart from this, the risk of mistake or subjectivity when assigning benefits or other payments will also drop, Saiyan added.
