The first snow of the season in Armenia has fallen Monday in Dilijan town.
Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring State Service Meteorological Center, posted the respective photos on his Facebook account.
“The beginning of the Dilijan tunnel, at this moment,” he also commented.
The aforesaid center had issued a warning that precipitation is expected in most parts of Armenia, from Monday to Wednesday, and that this will be in the form of snow in the mountain belts, and the foothills of Lori, Tavush, and Syunik Provinces and of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh).
