There opened a restaurant in Vallette prison in Turin, Italy, called Liberamensa, reports the Lenta. The restaurant accepts  visitors two days a week - on Friday and Saturday nights – and opens at 20.00-20.30. The visitors need to order tables at Liberamensa, leaving their name, place and date of birth. The entire staff of the restaurant are prisoners.   They use vegetables grown in the garden of the prison for dishes.  The menu changes once in every three weeks. The owners of Liberamensa believe that the skills obtained during the work in the restaurant will held the prisoners to better adapt to life, after they leave the prison.
