Streetracer Mara Bagdasaryan, notorious for the case on Gelandewagen races and fatal accident on Moscow’s Kutuzivsky Avenue, will again face trial.

This time she will be a respondent in an administrative case launched under Article 20.25 (1) of the Russian Administrative Offences Code (avoidance of executing administrative punishment, non-payment of administrative fine in due time), Gazeta reports, citing the press-service of Moscow’s State Automobile Inspectorate.

According to the agency, 50 protocols on administrative violations have been drawn out against the driver. They have been transferred to Moscow’s Savelovsky District Court for consideration. Due to the large number of materials, the hearings will be held in several stages: The first hearing will take place on November 7, the final one being scheduled for November 24.

Bagdasaryan has already served ten days in jail for disobeying the lawful instructions of a police officer. Exactly she was the passenger of Gelandewagen, on which the ‘elite youth’ engaged in races with the police. However, unlike her friends, who were later charged with Article 318 (1) (threat of using violence against the public authority) and Article 319 (insult of an officer) of the Russian Criminal Code, Bagdasaryan was involved in the case as a mere witness.
