The Co-Chairs of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group (Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, James Warlick of the United States of America, and Pierre Andrieu of France) as well as Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, will discuss with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov, a possible meeting of the presidents of the two countries, at the earliest opportunity.

According to a release by the OSCE press service, the chances for such a talk between the Presidents of  Armenia and Azerbaijan, Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev, will be discussed  on the margins of the December 2016 OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Hamburg, Germany.
