Major fire in the village of Kolu, Estonia, has destroyed flag manufacturing factory of Flagmore company. There were no injured people, RIA Novosti reported quoting Estonian Rescue Board.

It was reported that the message on the fire was received by the alarm center at 21:13 on Tuesday. The fire engulfed the territory of the factory for a total area of 120 to 18 meters. The process of fire-fighting was complicated by the fact that ignition led to several explosions in the building. It was supposed that chemicals which Flagmore uses in production have exploded. An investigation is underway.

The property of the factory was insured, however the company will suffer serious losses as the production will be suspended.
