At the Dec. 2 sitting of the Armenian Government, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan called for a more active struggle against smoking.

“Unfortunately, Armenia is one of the world leaders as far as smoking and smoking-related diseases is concerned. We are also among the leaders in death rate Smoking is an evil that must be actively fought against,” the Armenian Premier said.

He called on Armenian mass media to advocate a healthy life style.
